Our Monthly AI assistant update & training Service ensures that your AI assistant always provides up-to-date information on your travel offers and services. Thanks to regular adjustments and updates, the assistant can react quickly to new products, changed offers or other relevant information and pass this on to customers in a competent manner.

General product information

1) AI-based services

All the services we offer are based on advanced AI technologies. This means that the majority of the work is carried out by our software and automated systems. We only partially intervene in the process to ensure that everything runs smoothly. These automated processes allow us to deliver high-quality results quickly and efficiently, without the need for extensive manual intervention.

2) Social Media Reels & Posting

Our social media videos are automatically edited and set to music by our in-house software AI. For each trip you select, our system creates different variations so that no post is repeated within a year. After one year at the latest, however, posts may be repeated again. Please note that our offer does not include a service where videos or reels are dubbed, edited, extended or shortened. The entire content creation for a term takes place at once and is then published via our automatic posting software.

3) Current item

You have the option of swapping certain days and times for the postings within your campaign. For example, if we post three times a week, you can choose the days and times. However, the posting frequency is fixed. If you order 8 posts per month, you will receive 2 posts per week. Changing the rhythm, e.g. publishing all 8 posts on the first day of the month, is only possible in exceptional cases.

4) HD videos for the website

Our HD travel videos are also created using AI, so it is not possible to customise the videos. However, you will receive 3 different versions for each HD video order so that you can choose the one that best suits your website. For example, if you order an HD video for the destination Italy, you will receive 3 videos to choose from. The videos cannot be subsequently edited, re-voiced or cut differently.

5) Indication of information

With our social media posting services, you will receive an email with a link to a form that you need to complete in two steps. In the first step, you give us access to your social media accounts so that we can post on platforms such as Instagram and Facebook. For portals such as TikTok, YouTube or LinkedIn, we will contact you to enable the link in a Google Meet. You can then upload a PNG logo, adjust the dynamics of the video and select the desired travel destinations. Please note that we only process the destinations that are available in our list. Please contact our representative in advance to find out which destinations are available.
